THE WALK RULES

1. The walk is open to all individuals and teams, civilian and military. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who accepts responsibility for them

2. The event is not a race. Walking and jogging are allowed and the walk must not be completed before 11.30am

3. The walk will take place whatever the weather conditions

4. Teams are encouraged to dress alike and carry banners

5. LIABILITY: The organisers are not liable for accidents, thefts and/ or damage to property. Every effort will be made by the organisers to make this a safe, enjoyable and memorable event.These events do not fall within the scope of the A.A.L.R

6. Respect the country code. Any walker dropping litter or causing damage will be disqualified

7. The event will open from 9:30am and close at 5:00 pm. If you do not intend to complete or cannot complete the walk before the finish time the check-in desk must be contacted.

8. Please enclose a stamped address envelope with all letters to the
organisers.

12 Under no circumstances can the entrance fee be refunded.

13 Footpaths must be used, where there are none, face oncoming traffic.

14 A team award will be given for the largest team entry to start & finish the walk. The team entry must be registered on the same entry form.
